DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Ray-Ban.com offers free shipping on all orders in Australia, including custom frames.
• We ship to almost anywhere in Australia, except for some remote areas. When entering your shipping address at checkout, please verify that your postcode has been accepted.
• Get your order in 1-2 business days* with our Express Delivery service. See details below.
• We do not ship outside Australia on Ray-Ban® Official Store Australia. To change country destination and check whether shipping is available to a particular country, select the country of destination on the homepage footer.
• We do not ship to PO boxes. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Schedule: 

*Estimated dates. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. Additional lead times of up to 2-3 business days apply for addresses in rural areas. Please refer to estimated lead time shown at the cart when placing an order.

For Express delivery orders, placed after 11AM AEST, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and tracking number once your order is shipped.
• You can track the delivery status of your order at any time via the Ray-Ban.com My Account page.
• Remember to check the condition of the package when it's delivered. You can always refuse it or accept it tentatively if you have any reservations.
