If you see “BIO-BASED” in the name of your Ray-Ban, it means that:
Lenses are designed with bio-nylon containing 40% bio-based carbon content** (available only for classic sun lenses) and/or non metallic frames feature bio-based frames with 57% bio-based carbon content**.
