• Ray-Ban.com offers Free Shipping on all orders within Hong Kong SAR. Orders are usually delivered in n/a business days for customized products and 2 business days for standard products.
• All shipments are fully insured. 
• From this website we do not ship abroad; however, we operate in many Countries/Regions through local versions of the store. To check whether shipment to a foreign Country/another Region is available, select the Country/Region of destination from the link provided in all pages of the website

Remix ORDERS

• Ray-Ban.com offers Free Shipping on Remix orders.
• Remix Hong Kong SAR orders can only be shipped to Hong Kong SAR.
• Remix frames are tailor-made to your specifications in Italy, so please allow for longer processing and transit time
• Usually Remix orders are delivered within 11-13 business days after order confirmation.

DELIVERY TRACKING  

• Once the frame is shipped, we will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
• You can track the delivery status of your order at any time through both DHL official website and your My Account page on Ray-Ban.com.
