If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request your Return Authorization (RA) number online or call Customer Services 800-961091 within 15 days of receiving your order.

RETURN PROCESS


Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:

Please note: should you choose to send your Ray-Ban Remix purchase back, the return shipment will be at your expense.

  1. Access the “Your order” section on our website or call Customer Services to request a Return Authorization (RA) number - please have your original packing list on hand. Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of receiving the RA number, and all transports costs involved will be at your own expense
  2. Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and the contents do not risk being damaged during transport.
  3. Do not forget to include the original packing list.
  4. You can print the label reporting your RA number directly from the website or write the RA number (received by e-mail) onto the outside of the package. NB: the RA number is mandatory, packages received without an RA number will automatically be rejected.
  5. If your return arrives in perfect condition, we will refund you with the price of the item(s) via the original payment method. Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt

MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEES


• Package items securely – Ray-Ban is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Additional fees may be charged for products received without the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or documentation (i.e. products that are no longer saleable).
