Gift Cards Terms of Use

This gift card, issued by Luxottica Group S.p.A located in Piazzale Cadorna 3, 20123 Milano – Italia, may be redeemed only in the channel where the Gift Card is purchased (Ray-Ban branded stores within Ireland).

It entitles the bearer to pay towards goods and services up to the value of the gift card balance. It can be used for multiple purchases, up to the complete exhaustion of the contained value. Products redeemed with this gift card must be paid in full, the value of the gift card allowing (e.g., gift card value=100€ and product price=80€: the card has to cover the value of the product and 20€ will remain). It cannot be used to buy another gift card.

In case of return of a product purchased with the gift card, the amount will be credited to the gift card.

This card may not be exchanged for cash. This card is not a credit, debit or charge card. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases, provided that the card has not expired. The gift card cannot be sold nor returned. Once the amount has been spent or the card has expired, it cannot be credited again. 

We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards – protect this as you would do with cash. In case of lost or stolen cards, the gift card cannot be blocked.

The gift card will expire 60 months from purchase.

We reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions, these can be viewed at www.ray-ban.com. Potential amendments cannot affect the expiry date of the gift cards already issued.
