You can now customize your Ray-Ban eyeglasses and sunglasses with prescription lenses, etched with our iconic logo.

Some offensive or branded language may be rejected by our REMIX configurator when engraving Ray-Ban products. The censorship software will replace the rejected word or letters with asterisks and the glasses or case will be engraved exactly as the online version appears.

Examples of what will cause REMIX to change your phrase are: profanity, inappropriate slang, phrases used in order to encourage violence, content that violates another party's trademark or intellectual property rights, among others.

Alloy Metal which can include nickel, however, the coating and polishing process which our metal frames go through make the frames hypo-allergenic and safe for all to wear.

No, cases are made with faux-effect leather.

Shipping Policy.RESPONSIBLE SHIPPING

Responsible shipping is fulfilled by logistics providers using solutions to reduce emissions. Delivery may take up to 5 business days.

This shipping option consists of either:

1. Full ground service: shipments served via truck. Transportation emissions are reduced by exclusively using ground transportation instead of other available shipping modes with higher emissions. Not applicable to destinations that do not have such other shipping modes; other exclusions may apply.

2. Emission compensation program (if provided by selected transportation carriers): providers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; the carbon emissions are then offset through climate protection projects including reforestation, renewable energy, waste disposal, wind power and others, supported by the logistics providers. The carbon neutral service is verified by a certified auditing company (i.e. Société Générale de Surveillance).

PREMIUM EXPRESS SHIPPING

PICK UP IN STORE

Shop online and collect your order from a Ray-Ban store on the same day*. Now same-day pickup also available in +870 Sunglass Hut partner stores. Try your new eyewear at collection and benefit from a complete fitting service with a member of the store team.

You'll receive an email when the order is shipped and when the order is received by the store. You’ll have 7 days to pick up the order from the location you selected. If your order isn't collected within 7 days, it will be shipped back to the warehouse and a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

Custom and prescription styles will take longer to arrive due to additional production time and will be shipped to store separately from our warehouse.


Please note that shipping times may vary during Holidays.

Our customers have 45 days to return their items. We offer a 60 day extended return period for the Holiday period (all orders placed between 11/06/24 until 12/02/24), with the exception of customised items (REMIX), because they have been custom made for you.You can also return prescription products to all stores (Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut partner stores).

We offer both free and paid shipping services on all standard orders. Returns are always free.

To ensure your return is free you must follow the steps in our Return Policy where you’ll be able to print off a prepaid return label.

If you choose an alternative method to return your item, we cannot reimburse you for the cost. We do not accept returns on physical or online gift cards and on Customized (REMIX) products orders.

We'll ship with logistics providers using solutions to reduce emissions. Delivery may take up to 5 business days with no additional cost for you. 

PICK UP IN STORE
Shop online and collect your order from a Ray-Ban or Sunglass Hut partner store on the same day for free (according to product availability). If you choose an official dealer, your order will be available to collect in three business days.

PREMIUM EXPRESS
Our fastest delivery service costs $20. Orders placed by 12 PM CST will be delivered on the same day, even on weekends. Orders placed after this time will arrive the following day.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on Ray-Ban.com.  Alternatively, you can simply insert your order number and email address after selectingOrder Statuson the top right menu of our website.

If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact UPS with your Tracking number or our Customer Care Team.

Orders which are sent with Express Shipping are estimated to be received the following day when ordered during Monday to Thursday before noon (12PM EST). The estimated delivery date shown on the product page is our best estimation based on the information we receive from our distribution centers and delivery partners, it is not guaranteed.

- Confirm the tracking number provided shows the package as delivered.

- Verify the shipping address on your delivery confirmation email.

- Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers will look for a discreet location to drop the package.

- See if someone else accepted the delivery in the household or a neighbor.

- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers and could get mixed in with other packages.

- Wait 48 hours. In rare cases , packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before actually being delivered.

- If your package hasn't arrived after 48 hours of the stated delivery time according to tracking, please contact us at 866-472-9226. Following an investigation, we will assess your eligibility for a replacement. Please be aware that the investigative process may take up to three weeks to complete.

You can decide to return product(s) purchased on Ray-Ban.com within 45 days from the receipt of the parcel.

Orders placed during the Holiday period (11/06/24 – 12/02/24) have an extended return period of 60 days

You can return your item for free via mail or in person at any Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, or Sunglass Hut partner store.

Items purchased on Ray-Ban.com (excluded Customized products) can be returned for free via mail or in person at any US Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, or Sunglass Hut partner stores. 

You can also return prescription products to all stores (Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut partner stores).

Customized products (REMIX) can’t be returned.

To see if a style is available in store, click on “Find in store” on the product page. Then, enter an address or city to search for the nearest store with the product available.

We offer a wide range of sun, clear and custom sunglasses with prescription lenses. However, prescription is not available on all items we sell online.

If the item is available in prescription you will see a button on the product page which says ADD PRESCRIPTION LENSES or SEE PRESCRIPTION VERSION. To shop all of our prescription sunglasses you can also navigate to this page which includes our widest range of sun prescription.

For prescription custom items you can select prescription at the lenses stage of the configuration.

We offer single vision and progressive in our sun, custom and clear glasses.

To be able to process your prescription order we require an up-to-date prescription and pupillary distance measurement (often referred to as PD). We will ask for your prescription after checkout. You have 4 options for sending your prescription: 
Manually insert or upload an image of your prescription before checkout
After purchase, upload your prescription in “My order details” 
After purchase, send it by email to RXservice@ray-ban.com or text it to 58381

Please remember to include your order number in the email or text message. If you can’t send us the prescription directly after the purchase, you can click on ‘PROVIDE YOUR PRESCRIPTION’ in your order confirmation email and in your personal account.

Each State has varying regulations regarding the validity of eyewear prescriptions which we fully comply to. We are unable to accept out of date prescriptions and will cancel orders which are sent in with an out of date prescription. The Ray-Ban logo is included on all prescription eyewear.

If you uploaded or manually inserted the wrong prescription, you have one hour after your purchase to cancel the order and submit a new one. If you have an issue with your prescription more than one hour after purchase, please contact our prescription team as soon as possible: RXservice@ray-ban.com

There are two options for insurance, the first one is to apply your insurance benefits online, we accept most major insurance networks and require just a few details to identify your eligibility. Reductions to price points are visible at checkout. You can apply your benefits at checkout when you have added a prescription item to cart.

Alternatively, you can receive the reimbursement of your order by printing your receipt and submitting it to your vision insurance provider.

For the great majority of people (more than 90% of our customers), Standard Size offers the correct fit.

Our system is designed to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible.  This leave us little to no time to change or cancel orders. 

If it has been less than an hour since your order, you can contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.  We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change or cancel an order.

Contacting Ray-Ban Customer Services is simple:

We know how frustrating it can be when the item you want is out of stock.  If for some reason, we are unable to complete your order due to an item being out of stock, we will need to cancel your order.

You will receive an automatic email informing you about the cancellation and the pre-authorization of the payment will be automatically released.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.  Sadly, we are not able to confirm an estimated date for when an item will be back in stock.

Onsite promotions are not combinable unless stated otherwise. In some cases, we will overwrite expired discount codes with an existing promotion in order to provide the best offer for our customers.

The growing popularity of social media has brought with it a new crop of counterfeiters and more evolved scam techniques. Counterfeiters are becoming more and more sophisticated and dangerous.

During our investigation we discovered that thousands of users on social media such Instagram and Facebook have been victim of an advanced scam that uses Ray-Ban to attract consumers and compromise their personal data.

Luxottica has no connection at all to these websites or activities and we strongly encourage users to be extra vigilant when sharing their personal information online.

Scammers can compromise users accounts, stealing their personal information and passwords. Very often, users are not aware that their accounts have been compromised and as a result, any website or platform where they use the same credentials are consequently at high risk.

Some websites such as haveibeenpwned.com allow users to check if their credentials might be part of a data breach. If your account has been hacked or if you suspect that your credentials have been stolen in the past, we strongly suggest that you change all your accounts and activate the two- factor authentication where available.

Yes, it's a great way to maximize your time with our team. Go to our Store Locator to find your nearest Ray-Ban store and and select your visit purpose from the available options.

With our online booking service, you can book an eye exam at one of our partner stores thanks to the Essilor Luxottica network of doctors. After you enter your preferred location and time slot when booking your exam, you can choose from several doctors, mainly located in one of our partner LensCrafters or Target Optical stores.

You can schedule an eye exam online by clicking on Book an eye exam, entering your location, then selecting the doctor location and partner you prefer.

Input your contact information, choose your desired date, and click "Book Exam" to confirm your appointment. You'll receive a confirmation email from the optometrist* of your choice.

If you want to reschedule the appointment, click the "reschedule" button on the confirmation email. To cancel or if you have any questions about your eye exam, please contact a customer care representative at 1-855-589-8891 for LensCrafters or 1-877-848-8476 for Target Optical.

*Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to LensCrafters or Target Optical. Doctors in some states are employed by LensCrafters or Target Optical. In California, eye exams are available at LensCrafters locations from independent doctors of optometry act or next to LensCrafters or from licensed optometrists employed by EYEXAM of California, a licensed vision health care service plan. In California, the optometrists are not employed by LensCrafters, which does not provide eye exams. In California, Target Optical does not provide eye exams or employ Doctors of Optometry. Eye exams available from self-employed doctors who lease space inside of Target Optical.

Eye Exam prices may vary depending on the location in both LensCrafters and Target Optical partner stores.

When you preorder an item on Ray-Ban.com you’re buying it before it has been officially released. This means you’ll be first line for delivery when the product becomes available in our warehouse and receive your shipment before anyone else.


Highly-anticipated styles and accessories may be made available for preorder. If a product is available for preorder you'll see it labelled as “Preorder” on the product page.


To complete a preorder, add the product to cart and follow the steps to checkout as usual*. At checkout, you’ll see the estimated delivery date. Account login may be required to access preorder.


Once you’ve completed your preorder, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase and then we'll let you know as soon as it's ready to ship.


*Some cart restrictions apply:

1. It’s not possible to mix standard and preorder products in the same cart.

2. You can order more than one preorder style in the same transaction, but only if they’re the same model, size, and color.

  • Credit card process:
    When the preorder is complete, the credit card authorizes a transaction (from 1 cent to 1 dollar) to verify the card’s validity. The full price of the product will only be charged once the product is ready for shipping. If there’s an issue with the payment, you’ll receive an email asking you to contact Customer Service within 3 days. If unresolved within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.


  • ApplePay/PayPal process:
    When the preorder is complete, ApplePay or the PayPal credit card authorizes a transaction (from 1 cent to 1 dollar) to verify the card’s validity. The full price of the product will only be charged once the product is ready for shipping. If there’s an issue with the payment, you’ll receive an email asking you to contact Customer Service within 3 days. If unresolved within 3 days, the order will be cancelled.


Following a payment issue, your estimated delivery date will change.

Availability of prescription lenses depends on the preorder style. Prescription lenses can’t be added to a preorder of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses.

On the product page you’ll see the estimated delivery date, which includes the total amount of days until the product launches, plus estimated shipping time based on the default delivery. At cart you can choose to change the delivery method and the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.

At checkout, you’ll see all the available shipping methods for your address. You can also choose to pick up in store. Premium Express shipping is excluded.

Yes. Both regular gift cards and e-gift cards can be used online and in all Ray-Ban stores

Only one gift card can be redeemed per order. Use your gift card or e-gift card online or at any one of our store locations. Gift cards can be used to make a full or partial payment of an order. And if your gift card falls short, you can make up the balance with another payment type, like a credit card, PayPal or ApplePay but not with installments payment methods. Simply enter your gift card number and PIN (found on the back of your card or in your email if it’s an e-gift card) during the checkout process.

A gift card is a physical card that has a 16-digit gift card number and an 8-digit PIN number, printed on the back of the card. An e-Gift Card is a virtual gift card that is sent via email (but it still has a 16-digit gift card number and an 8-digit PIN number.

Yes. Your gift card carries a balance until all credit is used up.

Gift cards have no expiration date and no associated dormancy fees.

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be returned.

Ray-Ban has no obligation to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

No, not necessarily, and not all at once. If you buy something and have a balance left over, you can use your card again on your next purchase. If your gift card falls short on your next purchase, you can make up the balance with a valid form of payment.

When you have chosen the amount of the e-gift card that you want to send and checked out online, an email is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift. The email informs the recipient on who the e-gift card is from as well as the gift card amount, the 16-digit gift card number and the 8-digit PIN (so that it can be used either online or in-store). You will also receive an email with all these details (except the gift card number and PIN).

Under certain State laws, you may be entitled to obtain cash for the balance remaining on your gift card, if your balance is below a certain threshold. If you are a resident of the following States and your gift card balance matches the respective State balance listed, you may redeem it at one of our stores:

California – Balances of $9.99 or less.
Colorado - Balances of $5 or less upon customer request.
Connecticut - Balance of $4.99 or less upon customer request.
Hawaii - Balance of $4.99 or less.
Maine - Balances of $4.99 or less upon customer request.
Massachusetts – If 90% of the gift card has been used or there is a balance of $5 or less.
Montana - Balances of $4.99 or less upon customer request.
New Jersey - Balances of $4.99 or less upon customer request.
New York  -  Balances of $4.99 or less upon customer request.
Oregon - Balances of $4.99 or less.
Rhode Island - Balances of $.99 or less.
